Student Services

1. All instructions and course material are clear, self-contained, and easy to understand;

2. You may direct queries to staff or faculty via telephone, mail, fax or e-mail;

3. Enrolled North American students may call NTI and we will call you back at our expense;

4. You may submit your assignments via mail, fax or e-mail;

5. Your tests and assignments are processed and graded promptly;

6. To help you stay on your personal schedule, you will receive a call from your NTI faculty mentor if you have not submitted any tests or assignments for three months (unless you have requested a stay);

7. You may communicate with other NTI students who have allowed their names and locations to be used for that purpose;

8. You must commit at the beginning to attend either the intensive 8 to 10 day retreats. These will serve as a major grading component of your course as well as allow you the opportunity for an experiential and networking component.

9. You will, upon acceptance to NTI, be assigned as a mentor one of the full-time faculty. Your mentor will be in touch with you to outline your personal schedule, establish any unique needs you may have and to just touch base with you to welcome you aboard.

10. Course and programme instruction will occur in English.
